Old Bessy
We toured Ireland with our Traveling beloved companion. Sometimes we didn't think we'd make it up the hills. But Karyn did a good job driving on the other side of the road. She only drove us into a wall once, and only pulled out into traffic on the wrong side of the road in Killarney the last day! Good Job Karyn & Bessy!
The Burren
We enjoyed a tour of the Burren in Co. Clare, a distinctive part of Ireland coved in rock, stopping at places such as
The Dolmen, Allowy Caves, & The Cliffs of Mohar
A Taste of Ireland
The dancers enjoyed a night out on the town in Galway city. We took in the Irish hospitality in the pubs while listening to traditional Irish music. The girls even got up to do a Reel & a Jig.

Touring
From Galway to Killarney, we did a lot of sight seeing on the way. We stopped at Bunratty Castle & Village in Co. Clare, spent night in Cork city and toured the Cork County Jail, & then stopped to Kiss the Blarney Stone for luck before heading to the dancing championships.

Solo dancers took to the stage placing their best foot forward.
On our day off between competitions we enjoyed the sights of Killarney,
touring the Ring of Kerry in an Irish Jaunting Car.

Stuck in Shannon Airport!!!!!!!
Due to the Snow in NY we couldn't leave Ireland, which wasn't a problem for us, but we did eventually get home that day! And it was a sad goodbye after such a great trip!
Let's do it again next year!!!!!!!!!!!
