Check List for Sellers
• Look over your sales materials and fundraiser information sheet.
• Begin your sales campaign by contacting friends, neighbors, and relatives. Remember, an easy way to make sales is to contact those who have purchased from you before.
EMAIL: we are offering Direct Delivery. Email a letter to everyone in your address book. Even if they live far away, they can purchase items to be delivered directly to them. Site our webpage for buyers to view pictures of items, prices, etc. www.kellyosterschool.com/wreath.htm
• Always collect funds at the time of sale. For customers writing checks, have checks made out to your group, Kelly-Oster School.
Present the buyer with a Thank You Card.
• Turn in your orders and sales funds at dance class by Friday, October 31st.
• Items will be delivered the 1st week of December. Pick up your greens to distribute to your customers. Remember that Direct Delivery Gift Items all go directly to the recipient.
