Letter to Sellers

Thank you for participating in the Kelly-Oster School Holiday Evergreens Fundraiser. 

We look forward to a successful sale this year and are so excited about

the Nationals in July 2010 for which we are raising funds.

Thank you again for participating.

Here is some essential information about the sale;

•            Sale start date:   Monday, October 5th.

•            Sale end date:    Friday, October 31st.

•            Please turn in your orders by:  Friday, October 31st.

•            Please turn your orders in at your dance class.

•            Delivery time frame for items coming to the group will be:  1st week in Dec.

•            The individual sales goal for each participant is:  3 items 

             (This fundraiser will run for 3 weeks.  Please try to sell 1 item per week.) 

             Dancers will receive a KKO Irish Dance Bracellet for selling atleast 3 items.

             The dancer who sells the most will receive 2 Tickets to the Spring REcital & A DVD.

•            Remember, Direct Delivery Gift items will go straight to the recipient

              and arrive within the first two weeks after Thanksgiving. 

              (This is a great way for people far away to order & receive items.)

Always collect the money at the time of sale and present the Thank You card.
